At Sagamore-Venture Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
